N coast of Alaska Peninsula, SW end of Moffet Lagoon, on the N shore of Izembek Lagoon, 13 mi N of Fort Randall, Bristol Bay Low.
HistoryNamed in 1888 by U.S. Bureau of Fisheries (USBF) for James Gillespie Blaine. In 1964 U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey (USC&GS) published "Strawberry Point", and misapplied the name "Blaine" to a point 4 mi. to the southwest, on Chart 8860. See Blaine Bay.
