Hatcher Pass us an incredible place to visit year round. Wintertime offers phenomenon backcountry skiing, and is lucky enough to have a weekly avalanche report. Classic cross country and skate ski trails are regularly groomed, and there is plenty of safe terrain for snow shoring. The ski club even grooms a free public sledding hill. With such quick access from Palmer, this is a perfect place to enjoy the outdoors.
