Group of Islands, the largest of which is 0.5 mi long and 0.3 mi wide, in the Shumagin Islands, just S of the entrance to Simeonof Harbor and 0.5 mi W of Simeonof Island, Aleutian Range.

History of Murie Islets

Named for Olaus J. Murie (1889-1963), ecologist and biologist for the U.S. Biological Survey.
