In Katmai National Monument, heads at 4000 ft. on E slope of Fourpeaked Mountain at 584645N, 1533830W, trends E to Shelikof Strait, 38 mi. S of Augustine I., Aleutian Range

History

Named for Fourpeaked Mountain on whose E slope the glacier is located (Board on Geographic Names (BGN) files); name proposed by National Park Service (NPS) and U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) in 1956 as new name.
