extends NE off Sitkalidak Strait, on SE coast of Kodiak I. 2.8 miles long.
HistoryLocal name published in 1929 by U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey (USC&GS). In 1930 the name "Old Harbor" was erroneously published on U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey (USC&GS) Chart 8502; probably because of its proximity to the village of Old Harbor, 2 miles northeast. In 1888 the bay was called "Lisianski Bay" by U.S. Bureau of Fisheries (USBF).
