In north central Prince of Wales Island, flowing NNW 18 mi. through Lake Galea and two unnamed lakes to Sweetwater Lake, 0.6 mi NNE of the mouth of Logjam Creek, and 27 mi NNE of Klawock. Alex. Arch.

History

Probably named because of the large number of spawning salmon. Recorded in 1949 by the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS).
