In the lowland near and between the Nabesna and Chisana Rivers, just SE of Shashamund Lake and 1.5 mi NW of Northway Junction, Yukon-Tenana High.

History

Said to be from an Indian word meaning "lily pad lake." Reported in 1960 by T. E. Taylor, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS).
