About

Heading in British Columbia S of Mount Ogden, at 582200N 1332200W and flowing NW across the international boundary for approximately 20 mi toward the S bank of the Taku River, 31 mi. E of Juneau, Coast Mts.

History

Named in 1891 by C. W. Hayes, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), for George Frederick Wright, 1838-1921, professor at Oberlin Theological Seminary from 1881-1907.
