In Wrangell-St. Elias Wilderness, heads 13 km (8 mi) W of the US-Canada border at Columbus Glacier, part of the Bering Glacier System in SE Alaska, extending from Shelter Glacier in the W to the Golumbus Glacier in the E and bordered by the Chugach and Elias Mountains. 80 miles long.

Bagley Icefield makes up the largest and longest piece of connected glacier ice in Alaska.

When considering all the ice that will feed into Bering Glacier it makes Bering glacier the largest glacier in Alaska by far. Likewise with Steller Glacier it makes Steller Glacier the longest glacier in Alaska.
