History of Cape Hall

Named "M(ys) Galla," or "Cape Hall," by Captain Tebenkov (1852, map 20), Imperial Russian Navy (IRN), in 1849, for Lieutenant Robert Hall who accompanied Commodore Joseph Billings to this locality in 1791.
