HistoryNamed by Captain Lutke (1836, p. 262), Imperial Russian Navy (IRN), for Vladimir and Gotlieb Glazenap, two members of his party. This feature was described as "Round Point" by U.S. Bureau of Fisheries (USBF) in 1888.
