About

Between the Woodchopper Creek and Coal Creek drainage basins, 6.5 mi NNW of Twin Mountain, Yukon-Tanana High.

History

Named for Kathryn Stanton Patty (1896-1961), the first lady of the University of Alaska from 1953 to 1960 and who earlier, with her husband, developed gold mining operations in the area.
