John DeLuca, 67, of Massachusetts died after him and a family member were attempting to traverse a ridge while hunting when John slipped and the other member of the party grabbed him. Together the fell around 100ft. John continued an additional 300-400ft before coming to a stop. He was transported to a Cordova clinic where he was pronounced dead. ADN Article
