Lockhart Point, Kotzebue Sound,

Elmer Brown Sr., 46, of Kotzebue, and Bergman Nelson, 58 of Kotzebue, died after breaking through the sea ice while hunting on ATV(Brown) and snowmachine (Nelson). Another man riding an ATV was able to make it safely to shore. ADN Article Alaska Public Safety
