About

The proposed Caribou Ridge microwave repeater site would be located in a small saddle between two mountain peaks on a larger ridge system that divides the Quigmy and Matagok River drainages at about 1,700 feet in elevation. At its closest point, the site is approximately 10 to 11 miles from the coast at Togiak Bay, with several mountain ridges occurring between the site and the nearest point along the coast.
