In the Aleutian Range, extends SW between Telaquana River, Neacola River, Ch'akajabena Lake, and Chakachatna River on the NW, and Blockade Lake and Tlikakila River on the SE. Incomplete record.

History
Named for the Neacola River which drains the highest and most rugged peaks of the mountains.
