About

The Bullfinch, Common Bullfinch or Eurasian Bullfinch (Pyrrhula pyrrhula) are chubby little birds, larger for a finch. Their heads sport black caps, their backs are gray, tails are black, chest and belly sports a rusty orange, while their rumps are white.

Bullfinch mostly feed upon seeds and buds.

Habitat & Range

Eurasian Bullfinch are usually to be found in the western Aleutian Islands during spring. However they have been seen as far in as Nulato.
