In Alaska Maritime National Wildlife Refuge, on the W shore of Big Koniuji Island in the Shumagin Islands, 4.3 km (2.7 mi) NW of Flying Eagle Harbor.

History

Named for the NOAA Ship Fairweather, the first ship to survey the bay in 2007
