Getting There

Bridal Veil Falls is located in Keystone Canyon, about 13 miles outside of Valdez on the Richardson Highway. It is easily marked with a large sign and pull out on the drive towards Valdez.

To access Bridal Veil Falls, one would park in the pull out and then need to cross the Lowe River. In summer this is possible with a raft. In winter sometimes requires a raft, waders, gaiters, or sometimes a snow bridge is in.

Bridal Veil Falls is a main attraction for anyone driving to Valdez. The large waterfall is visible and impressive at any time of year.

Ice Climbing: Bridal Veil Falls is a WI5 rated ice climb. It's a 5-pitch climb to the top. It's shear size, and deep blue ice make it the prominence of Keystone Canyon. It's sister ice fall Greensteps is a close runner up.
