About

A stalky perennial growing two and a half feet to six ft tall. Leaves ranging from two to eight inches in length. It's white flowers grow in white clusters.

The entire plant is edible. If consuming the stalk, it's advised to strip the outer skin off.

One cup of wild rhubarb contains 10% of recommended daily fiber, 44% of vitamin C, 20% calcium, and 72% vitamin A.
