About

Trends SW 16 km (10 mi) to its 1961 terminus, 2.4 km (1.5 mi) E of the head of Crillon Inlet and 130 km (81 mi) NW of Hoonah, St. Elias Mts.

History

Named for Jim Huscroft by the members of the Harvard-Dartmouth Expeditions, 1933-34; Mr Huscroft was a longtime resident of nearby Cenotaph Island in Lituya Bay and housed many groups before and after their expeditions (Washburn and Goldwait, 1936, map.)
